Responsibility
- to attend conferences, training events and meetings as required
- to undertake any other duties that may be required and which are commensurate with the post
- manage the day-day ICT needs of the organisation and liaise with external ICT support service providers
- to provide support and co-ordinate guidance and advice relating to HR and H+S to line managers and colleagues ensuring the organisation is complying with the relevant legislation, policy and procedure
- to line manage and support the Finance Officer
- working with the Finance officer to produce and manage annual budgets
- to attend and take minutes of Trustee and Finance Resource Group meetings
- liaise with external HR and H+S support service providers and legal support where appropriate
