Responsibility

  • we are looking to recruit a part-time experienced bookkeeper to join our existing office team
  • experience of bookkeeping within the Serviced Accommodation industry would be an advantage but is not essential
  • the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with bookkeeping software
  • this is a new role due to wanting to bring all bookkeeping in house
  • monthly Reconciliation of Account Receivables, Payables, Bank Account and Credit Cards
  • the office environment can be busy at times and an ability to multi-task accurately and remain focused is essential
  • accurate and timely reporting of financial transactions
  • we are ideally looking for someone who can hit the ground running and add real value to the team
