- the Trainee Support Engineer position is a new role within the Bristol-based technical and support team
- this role requires the ability to technically understand and support the Flowbird product range as a whole
- responsibilities, and in no particular order
- the role is office based and situated in a technical-oriented environment, and will play an instrumental part in ensuring that the teams operate in a proactive approachable manner
- prepare and install all Hardware modifications to the Flowbird product range
- to Assist the Technical Logistic Team with Quality control, Stock levels and preparing Machines to be shipped
- this is a very hands-on role that will require the applicant to be cross-trained across all of our departments from Technical support to Logistics and quality control
