Responsibility
- proactively developing and actioning plans to improve our guest’s experience
- supporting the cleaning team to keep all areas clean and tidy and to turn around rooms for new guests
- maintaining and managing energy systems by adjusting heating & lighting
- organising and overseeing external contractors as required to ensure smooth running of hotel operations
- greeting clients
- styling hotels to create a welcoming atmosphere
- hotel Maintenance – based at one location or multiple locations across the wider group of five hotels. Option to live in with bills included if desired
- we are also currently redeveloping a variety of properties, so there is opportunity to get involved in these renovations alongside the maintenance role
Requirements
- fire Safety System maintenance & checks
- driving license
- previous experience in handyperson/maintenance/multi-trader roles
- plumbing system maintenance
