Responsibility

  • construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, such as doors, frames, floors, and ceilings
  • measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials accurately based on project requirements
  • install cabinets and counters, repair furniture, and assemble prefabricated structures
  • interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure items are built to specifications and quality standards
  • maintain an organized and safe work environment
  • work collaboratively with other tradespeople, both on-site and off-site
  • ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and in safe working condition

Requirements

  • experience in the construction industry as a Joiner
  • extensive knowledge of woodworking techniques and tools
  • ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
  • skilled in measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling wood, plastic, and other materials
  • excellent attention to detail and quality standards
  • strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • health and safety awareness and compliance, including working at heights and using power tools safely
  • 3+ years of experience in the construction industry as a Joiner

workshop manager

Responsibility

  • manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop
  • oversee the manufacture of bespoke furniture from start to finish
  • lead, mentor, and motivate the workshop team
  • ensure all work is completed to design specifications, quality standards, and deadlines
  • order materials and manage stock levels
  • maintain workshop health and safety compliance
  • liaise closely with the design and production teams to bring concepts to life

Requirements

  • proven experience managing a furniture workshop
  • strong craftsmanship skills, with a background in bespoke furniture or high-end joinery
  • excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • organised, efficient, and quality-focused
  • A passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail

warehouse manager

Responsibility

  • receive and inspect incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliveries
  • organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring efficient and logical storage of materials
  • issue materials and supplies to the construction team according to project requirements
  • monitor stock levels and replenish supplies to avoid shortages
  • perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records using our inventory management system
  • coordinate with purchasing team to ensure timely procurement of materials
  • inspect and maintain the quality of materials and equipment to meet safety and compliance standards
  • collaborate with the construction team to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects

Requirements

  • previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction or warehouse environment
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • ability to effectively organize and manage inventory
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • basic knowledge of inventory management systems
  • ability to lift and move heavy objects as required
  • valid driver's license
  • valid driver's license is preferred
