- experience of PACE practices will be advantageous for this role
- familiarity with medication administration protocols is essential for providing safe care
- A valid driving licence is required for transporting the young person as needed
Responsibility
- administer medication as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans
- assist with transportation needs, including driving to appointments or social activities
- engage the young person in recreational activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
