Responsibility
typical working days 8 am until 4 pm Monday to Saturday and 9 am to 4 pm on a Sunday
to ensure Quality of food provision to every customer
to ensure that all food is prepared and stored in a safe manner according to regulations
to act as part of the catering team
to help ensure we meet current statutory requirements, including COSHH, HACCP and Environmental Health where appropriate
A Position has arisen at our Garden Centre restaurant for a Chef, ideally with baking skills to help bring our team and offering to the next level
to ensure all records are kept up to date in the preparation and storage of food
offering a great work/Life balance with no evening work, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, News Years Day and Easter Sunday Closed, along with the opportunity to have alternate week ends off
