Responsibility
- typical working days 8 am until 4 pm Monday to Saturday and 9 am to 4 pm on a Sunday
- to ensure Quality of food provision to every customer
- to ensure that all food is prepared and stored in a safe manner according to regulations
- to act as part of the catering team
- to help ensure we meet current statutory requirements, including COSHH, HACCP and Environmental Health where appropriate
- A Position has arisen at our Garden Centre restaurant for a Chef, ideally with baking skills to help bring our team and offering to the next level
- to ensure all records are kept up to date in the preparation and storage of food
- offering a great work/Life balance with no evening work, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, News Years Day and Easter Sunday Closed, along with the opportunity to have alternate week ends off
