- conducting tier 2 adult weight management exercise sessions in various community settings
- designing and delivering safe and effective exercise programmes tailored to the needs and goals of participants
- providing guidance, support, and motivation to individuals during training sessions
- monitoring participants' progress and making necessary adjustments to their exercise routines
- educating participants on proper exercise techniques and promoting healthy lifestyle choices
- ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all participants
- maintaining accurate records of attendance and participant progress
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- certified Personal Trainer with a recognised qualification
- prior experience working with individuals in weight management programmes is preferred
- strong knowledge of exercise principles, nutrition, and weight management strategies
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with participants
- ability to adapt exercise programmes to cater to various fitness levels and abilities
- reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
- A passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
- personal Training: 1 year
Contract type
- these are rolling 12 weeks sessions, so commitment to 12 weeks of delivery is required
- potential for future full time and part-time contracts possible
