Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- handling of high numbers of warm leads from leading local estate agency group and other sources
- provide an advised sales services for mortgages and associated insurances
- submit applications accurately then pass cases over to our administration team to progress to offer
- work with the estate agency team to develop and maximise opportunities
- developing good long term relationships with clients to build up a loyal client bank and encourage recommendations
- salary- Negotiable basic salary based on experience + generous commision and bonus structure
Requirements
- proven working experience as a successful Mortgage Consultant
- must have full Cemap/CIFAS
- must have achieved CAS
- strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- must be comfortable working in a team environment
- fully qualified mortgage advising: 1 year
