- monitor and report any suspicious behaviour
- assist customers and vendors with directions, questions, and concerns
- maintain accurate records of all security incidents and submit reports as required
Requirements
- proven experience as a Security Officer, preferably in a retail or market setting
- excellent observational and surveillance skills
- ability to remain calm and level-headed in stressful situations
- strong communication and customer service skills
