Working hours

Responsibility
- provide person-centered support to individuals in their homes or within the community
- assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and light housekeeping
- foster companionship and engage in meaningful conversations to enhance the well-being of clients
- support individuals with their social and recreational activities, enabling them to maintain an active and fulfilling lifestyle
- document and report client progress, needs, and concerns to the appropriate supervisor
- collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients
- uphold the dignity, privacy, and rights of all clients in accordance with our values and policies
Requirements
- have a minimum of 6-months recent experience in healthcare
- have experience in practicing moving & handling, and providing personal care
- hold the right to work in the UK
- driving license and own car preferred but not essential
- current DBS desirable
