- 1 Maintain and up date Sales and Purchases Ledgers on daily/weekly basis
- 2 Allocating Income and Expenditure to respective Care Home
- 3 Dealing with Petty Cash for different Care Homes
- 4 Prepare Cash and Cheque payments into Company’s Bank Accounts
- 5 Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement
- 6 Produce monthly Management Accounts
- 7 Produce Year End Accounts for the Director and Auditors
- 8 Assist the Director in preparing Annual Budget and Cashflow Forecast
Requirements
- to be Educated to AAT or its equivalent or actively working towards achieving AAT
- must be computer literate and knowledge of XERO
- ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- satisfactory Police Checks and check against the DBS lists
- applicants qualified by experience will also be considered for this role, 3+ years in an accounting setting preferred
- bookkeeping: 3 years
