regional sales manager
Responsibility
- ensure showrooms within the area achieve/exceed their sales and trading margin with optimum margins being achieved
- coach high performing Showroom Sales Managers to further exceed and maximise showroom sales and targets
- ensure that Showroom Sales Managers are proactive in generating business with existing and new customers, building and maintaining a robust and regular trade customer base
- identify and provide sole and group product and sales training by liaising with suppliers to ensure that all Showroom Sales Managers have the skills/knowledge to meet and exceed targets
- build an effective relationship with the Branch Managers to ensure the showroom remains an integral and contributing factor to achieving and exceeding branch and company AOP targets
