Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • we are seeking a office administrator/workshop controller to work along side the manager and finance manager
  • the Role is on a Monday to Friday basis working 8am to 5pm
  • previous Garage and vehicle knowledge would be a huge advantage and a real asset to the applicant
  • the office is compact and attached to a busy workshop, the environment is shared with the mechanics and is not the cleanest place to work, with this in mind please ask yourself if this could suit you before applying, you may get dirty
  • you will be involved with the day to day planning and running of the workshop, other roles to be involved in will be producing job sheets, processing service sheets and job cards, raising invoices and sending documents, phone calls and e mails You will be required to scan confidential files and process files into correct computer systems, booking and arranging mot and general office maintenance
  • the role is permanent for the right candidate, we are looking to build the candidate up to being self sufficient in running the workshop planner and admin side of the business
  • sorting and arranging purchase order numbers to be sent for payment
