- receive phone calls and e-mails requesting parts and equipment and order as required
- receive verbal requests from internal staff for parts and equipment and order as required
- ensure that all consumables are available within company targeted volume and budgets
- yorkshire Caravans of Bawtry are looking for a FULL TIME APPRENTICE PARTS ADMINISTRATOR with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our very busy Parts Department
- ensure Service to the Workshops is available at all times to ensure their efficiency
- they will be responsible for ensuring that all required Parts and Equipment are ordered as required to meet the demands of Caravan Servicing, PDI, and Warranty and ensure consumables are available within company budgets and guidelines
- booking in and checking parts and understanding pricing and invoicing
- package any items needing return to manufacturers
