  • provide accurate information about product features, specifications, and availability
  • address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for a satisfactory resolution
  • process customer orders, track shipments, and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers

Requirements

  • previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment
  • excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and going the extra mile to meet customer needs
  • sound knowledge of bathroom products and their applications is advantageous
  • familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency
  • ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments
  • flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment
