Responsibility

Education
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, or a related field
experience of working in a multi matrix organisation
considerable project and program management office experience is essential, in setting up PMO best practices against APM/PMI/Prince frameworks
lean Six Sigma awareness or a formal qualification is desirable
strong knowledge of video conferencing standards, protocols, and technologies, such as SIP, H.323, Poly, Cisco, Microsoft Teams, etc
at least 10 years of experience in managing operations and services for video conferencing and collaboration solutions or in a fast paced high technology, service orientated organization
Requirements
domestic travel requiring multi-night stays within and at times outside the local work area
valid passport; some international travel will be required
