Responsibility
to be the first point of contact for all HR queries and co-ordinate appropriate responses in a timely manner
this includes but is not limited to the starter, employment change, parental leave, long service, leaver processes
manage and maintain the HR database system
responsible for managing accurate end-to-end administration of the whole employee lifecycle; preparation and issuing of contractual paperwork, updating the HR system and payroll according to the agreed timescales
lead on immigration, visa management and international transfer processes where applicable
manage the administrative, security and start up process associated with recruitment, selection and onboarding including contracts, new starters information packs and right to work checks
manage the monthly payroll submissions for UK and Ireland. Primary point of contact with the payroll provider, Finance and employees for any payroll related queries
maintain effective and strong relationships with external providers, brokers and intermediaries
Requirements
proven success in an administrative HR role within a progressive environment
payroll related experience and highly numerate
demonstrates integrity, sensitivity, and discretion at all times
proactive and results oriented with strong attention to detail
effective prioritisation and organisation skills to manage conflicting priorities effectively
HR Database management specifically experience of updating changes and running reports
human resources: 1 year
ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
