Responsibility

  • running the reception desk from within the open communal area, including administrating duties while providing superb customer service to all tenants
  • A check of the entire floor at the start of each day which would include cleanliness, heating/temperature, re-set of meeting rooms
  • ensure all equipment and appliances are in working order and check for any maintenance issues
  • tending to all tenant requests including services from external suppliers
  • build a good rapport with tenants and resolve any issues quickly to ensure the level of service is maintained
  • smartly presented reliable person - good customer service is key
  • enthusiastic and outgoing by nature while maintaining a professional manner
  • must be confident to undertake tasks outside the initial job role if needed
