- Manage release of customer products on completion of QC testing
- Lead the Lab team to ensure quality is promoted both internally and externally and all standards and customer requirements are met
- Manage the training and induction of all QC staff
- Communicate details of complaints to operating teams and ensure that corrective actions are maintained
- Management of retained samples and collation for non-conformances
- Carry out quality testing to support the QC technicians when needed
