Responsibility
- generate reports on customer spend and product split
- handle calls and enquiries from customers
- maintain in house systems to ensure they are up to date
- provide cover for absence within the team
- ensure customers are given highest levels of service and maintained as loyal clients
- to grow sales year-on-year by providing customers with samples and literature
- to continuously promote the attributes and properties of our products to key accounts to ensure they actively promote our products
- ensure the inhouse system is proactively managed and leads from their Key Accounts are followed up in a timely manner to maximise lead conversion and sales
Requirements
- experience of B2B Sales
- strong presentation skills both in person and virtually
- strong influencing skills
- B2B Sales: 1 year
- strong written and verbal communication skills
