- we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team
- liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- the ideal candidate must be able to build relationships with clients, negotiate effectively, and provide excellent customer service
- ensure that all legal requirements are met i.e organising compliance for tenancies
- book and conduct viewings of properties with potential tenants
- handle customer enquiries in a professional manner
- managing sales progressions

Requirements
- minimum 1 year office experience
- minimum 1 year customer service experience
- must be confident on the phone

- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle - Preferred but not essential
- previous industry experience - preferred but not essential as training will be provided
