Responsibility

  • we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team
  • liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
  • the ideal candidate must be able to build relationships with clients, negotiate effectively, and provide excellent customer service
  • ensure that all legal requirements are met i.e organising compliance for tenancies
  • book and conduct viewings of properties with potential tenants
  • handle customer enquiries in a professional manner
  • managing sales progressions
  • we are looking for a motivated Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to build relationships with clients, negotiate effectively, and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • minimum 1 year office experience
  • minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • must be confident on the phone
  • computer literate
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle - Preferred but not essential
  • previous industry experience - preferred but not essential as training will be provided
