Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- prepare Shipping & Customs documents for all consignments
- monitor delivery dates and ensure deadlines are achieved
- update in-house systems with expected ex-factory, shipping and delivery dates
- organise and obtain quotes for UK exports followed by overseeing and managing the departure
- online filing of all necessary quotes, docs, invoices etc on in-house system
- locating and issuing documents for all staff upon request
- managing the end-to-end buying administration for our retail website, Just Geek
- liaising with our warehouse on priority orders
Requirements
- strong organisational and planning skills
- the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- good communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues and suppliers
- at least 1 years’ experience in similar logistics role would be preferred; full training will be provided
- administrative: 1 year
