Responsibility

• to produce fully costed, detailed and accurate estimates in response to surveys, requests for quotation or tenders
• deliver those estimates for internal review within the timescales identified by the company, to meet customer deadlines
• identify and develop opportunities- both new and existing customers in line with strategy

• maintain strong client relationships at all levels and support the overall quality of service provision
• undertake site surveys, interpret plans and tender documents to produce fully costed and detailed estimates
• identify new opportunities
• understand and remain current with industry standards and design practice
• support Operations Team as necessary regarding live jobs/projects
• ensure Projects are priced and estimated to allow their completion on time, within budget and to the agreed profit level
• thorough knowledge of safety issues with the ability to produce Method Statements and Risk Assessments for projects/installations

• experienced in all aspects of air conditioning installation and maintenance
