Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Music, and Education. Master’s degree preferred
- proven experience in business development or project management, preferably in the music or education sectors
- strong knowledge of the legal and operational aspects of international business
- excellent understanding of the music and education sectors in the UK and China
- strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- ability to travel between the UK and China regularly

Responsibility
- identifying new business opportunities and partnerships in the music, sport, education, and culture sectors
- providing expert advice on business strategy, operational management, and legal considerations for cross-border initiatives
- building and managing relationships with stakeholders including schools, universities, music institutions, artists, and government bodies
- overseeing project management to ensure successful execution and compliance with local and international regulations
- conducting market research to stay updated on the latest trends and regulations
- assisting in negotiation of contracts and agreements with partners and clients
- preparing and presenting reports on project progress and future initiatives to senior management
