  • leadership and Management
  • the general leadership and management of a Team, including a team of staff their associated Team Leaders and young people
  • being a good role model for other staff by fulfilling his/her responsibilities to a high standard
  • collecting agenda items for meetings from members of the care staff team
  • taking his/her turn in taking minutes of meetings
  • supervising/mentoring/guiding the Team Leaders of each team and RSW’s/ORSW’s as needed
  • training new staff in care staff procedures and routines
  • deputising for Registered Manager when requested
