- you will have a solid background in bookkeeping using Sage and will work closely with the Financial Controller
- there is an opportunity for your position to grow as you become more experienced over time
- this is a "work from home" position where we work very closely using Microsoft Teams
- we are looking for a bright personality to join us in a growing Chemical company. The right person will be someone who can take responsibility of their workload in what is sometimes a very busy and pressured environment
- however, you will be required to attend the Harlow office from time to time for business meetings or other mutually agreeable place if an in person meeting is required
- assisting in the Sales Administration team covering holiday/sickness
- chasing late payment of invoices
- experience with submitting VAT returns
Requirements
- very Good Knowledge of Sage
- A background in a Sales Admin environment would be advantageous
- good typing speed
- attention to detail
- ability to be self-motivated
- sage: 1 year
- administrative: 1 year
- bookkeeping: 1 year
