Responsibility
- responsibility for office maintenance and day-to-day facilities operations
- work closely with the HR, Talent Acquisition and Finance teams to support on the ground processes
- finance support in relation to supplier invoices, employee expenses and company credit cards
- day-to-day HR administration tasks such as onboarding new hires, monthly payroll processing
- support Talent Acquisition team by liaising with interview candidates, supporting hiring managers and scheduling interviews
- manage in-office meal ordering for lunches
- manage the fully stocked kitchen with breakfast, snacks and beverages
- planning and executing social events for the office
