Responsibility
- as the Sales Office Manager at Xtrutech Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our sales operations
- your role will be crucial in achieving our sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's growth
- collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide necessary support
- assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and plans
- monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- you will be responsible for leading a team of sales support staff, ensuring the smooth running of the sales office, and providing essential support to the external sales team
- oversee day-to-day operations of the sales office, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- maintain accurate records of sales orders, invoices, and customer communications
Requirements
- degree or HNC/HND in business administration, sales, or a related field
- proven experience in a sales support or office management role
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- strong organisational and multitasking skills with an attention to detail and accuracy
