Responsibility
- to carry out installations including handover & acceptance testing
- fault diagnosis and defect rectification
- complete CFR’S and customer tickets in line with company procedure
- when Necessary, assist with Production/in-housework
- maintain full and accurate records of all work carried out, in accordance with company procedures
- installations completed on schedule and within budget, and all documentation signed off & submitted to service admin
- provide prompt and professional engineering support to Xstrahl therapy and research cabinets systems based in the United States with the occasional need to travel worldwide
- maintain uptime of in- service equipment
Requirements
- associate degree or higher required
- good level of IT skills, with experience of working with proprietary software as well as Windows OS and Office applications
- field service experience
- proven experience in a service environment
- electrical and electronic diagnostic skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience of communicating technical issues clearly and to the appropriate level of detail
- mechanical assembly
- clean Driving License
