Responsibility
- provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brands
- assist customers on order-on-line
- assist customers in our showroom with orders and product enquires
- deal with orders in the back office and liaise with the operations team
- follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc
- follow-up on all customer requests to ensure we provided the highest level of customer service in the industry
- manage ongoing customer relationships utilising our CRM tools
- develop collaborative, positive working relationships with retail and trade customers
Requirements
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- excellent people skills
- strong organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- we pride ourselves in our friendly, honest, knowledgeable, passionate and transparent approach to running our customer service-focused business
- must be computer literate
- experience in administration is desirable
- we sell top brands within the industry, but we also manufacture our own products
- experience in a sales environment is desirable
