Requirements
- at least 4 years’ experience in an HR role and as part of an extended HR team
- knowledge of Employment legislation and understanding of reliable reference sources to keep updated
- exposure and experience of in-house systems with an interest in HR systems and developing the functionality
- experience of Sponsorship and Visa applications and renewal
- excellent communication skills both written and oral
- ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
- ability to work to deadlines and be resourceful
- ability to commute and work from the Leeds offices' three times a week
Responsibility
- collate and provide reports, data and board report information for CCO, HR team, finance and wider business
- in collaboration with the Finance team and HR Manager oversee the Cezanne payroll process ensuring system data is accurate
- maintain the HR SharePoint pages. Ensure these are up-to-date, accurate, easy to refer to and relevant
