Responsibility
- client Engagement
- devise technical training programs according to requirements
- providing materials to help customers learn best practices to better achieve their desired outcomes
- monitoring and assessing the effectiveness and success of training programmes
- produce training schedules and classroom agendas and determine course content
- execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
- identifying and implementing a wide range of training techniques to improve efficiency and returns on investment
- arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
Requirements
- previous experience in a Technical Training Lead role
- previous experience integrating and/or migrating legacy systems to new software/platform solutions in a way that best serves client and business goals
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in using Office Productivity and Collaboration Tools
- the ability to follow customer narratives to understand their point of view and find workable solutions to their issues
- experience of Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine , healthcare applications
- knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
- customer success course certificates are desirable
