  • ensure all statutory responsibilities are adhered to by the PCN
  • organise and minute the PCN board and associated meetings or events
  • organise and lead regular PCN staff meetings
  • ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory legal obligations of the PCN Directed Enhanced Service
  • generate investment plans and monitor spend against budget
  • ensure that the PCN Agreement is reviewed and updated at appropriate intervals
  • develop or oversee the development of any PCN policy ensuring a system of review and update as necessary
