- oversee the running of the store and retail displays
- we are an independent, forward thinking family run business, with two stores in South Wales providing pet and farm supplies as well as equestrian and sporting goods
- develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve store targets
- applicant will need to have experience in retail management, IT and customer service. An interest in animals is essential, farming or equestrian experience would be a big bonus
Requirements
- strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- competent maths skills
- excellent organizational skills to maintain records, reports, and documentation
