- proven, strong track record of senior leadership and successful operational, financial and people management. Knowledge and experience of fundraising would be an asset
- proven experience as an effective negotiator with key stakeholders
- excellent record of managing a complex and fast-moving operational organisation. Knowledge and understanding of food handling, food standards, food waste and environmental issues would be ideal
- the team needs a General Manager who is willing to occasionally roll up their sleeves and help support the community. A full driving licence is helpful
