Responsibility
- responsibility of all bar operations as the DPS
- lead a team of past time bar staff
- ensure a positive experience for all guests
- oversight and development of drinks menus
- oversight of recruitment for the bar team
- to ensure stock targets, line checks and spot checks are upheld
- to ensure all bar EPOS is working correctly
- develop connections within the local community and local drinks suppliers
Requirements
- hold a designated premises supervisor Licence
- A fearless attitude
- practical bar skills including pouring to measure and changing barrels
- lots of energy
- knowledge of alcohol, licencing and serving laws
- excellent communication skills
- previous managerial experience in a Bar Manager role
- excellent customer focus and service skills
