Responsibility
- with the support of the Brand and Product Director, oversee the entire marketing function ensuring all activities and campaigns run smoothly
- design, develop and implement marketing plans that encompass digital, print, and social
- successfully deliver the company brand message across all marketing channels
- undertake post-campaign research to ensure campaigns align with KPIs and to inform future campaigns
- provide event support
- create engaging on and offline marketing campaigns including in-store, B2C, and DTC channels. Involved from concept to sign-off, ensuring they are delivered to agreed budgets and timescales
Requirements
- all round Marketer with experience that covers communications, digital, social, content, and e-commerce
- experience ideally gained in a b2c, retail, or manufacturing environment
- has demonstrated experience in executing marketing campaigns and in-depth marketing plans
- strong research skills, able to gather data and transform it into insightful reports
- educated to degree level or holds a CIM qualification
- good communication skills, both written and verbally
- enjoys a hands-on role, where collaboration and ideas are actively encouraged
- passionate and ethusiastic, always looking for improvements and striving to be the best
