Responsibility
- perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks
- inspect and verify incoming and outgoing shipments
- maintain accurate inventory records using AS400 system
- operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- assist with order picking and packing as needed
- maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- perform basic mechanical tasks, such as assembling or repairing equipment
Requirements
- previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- familiarity with AS400 or similar inventory management systems is a plus
- ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, on a regular basis
- basic mechanical knowledge for equipment assembly or repair
