Responsibility

  • wow Workspaces is an established workspace and real estate company providing workspaces and storage in 8 locations within London
  • as part of a growing team we are looking for a dedicated individual as a lettings negotiator
  • the job role will be varied and will be based out of our head office in Park Royal, West London
  • you will be the first point of contact for any prospective clients
  • you will be involved in the sales process, from making contact with new clients, arranging viewings and finalising agreements
  • pro-actively rent our workspaces and storage units in the Wow Workspaces portfolio
  • meeting or exceeding Sales targets
  • attend viewings of the workspaces with potential clients and conducting these in a professional manner

Requirements

  • excellent telephone communication skills·
  • face-to face customer services skills·
  • knowledge of the commercial property market
  • A proven track record of selling to SME and corporate clients within a high-quality service and sales environment·
  • previous experience in handling commercial property sales and lettings preffered
  • A relevant undergraduate or post graduate qualification preferred but not essential
  • team player
  • ambitious and driven
