payroll manager
Responsibility
- liaise with agency partners to ensure all compliance is in place for agency workers
- ensuring all payroll information is entered/administered correctly and accurately
- support Payroll administration team
- processing of weekly payroll to ensure correct deductions are being levied on each payslip
- manage submissions into HMRC and Pension Providers
- annual audit and compliance requirements
- assessment of correct PAYE and National Insurance being levied on each payslip
- P45/P46 information correctly input and disclosed
Requirements
- previous 2 years' experience as a Payroll Manager is essential
- relevant payroll qualifications
- experience working with different payroll systems
- excellent data entry and customer service skills
- ability to work well under pressure to ensure all reporting is managed and submitted in accordance with company policies
- ability to build relationships with both internal and external staff
- ability to work independently as well as in a team
- excellent communication skills
