- We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Manager to join our Technical team based from our offices in Ascot
- lead, develop, and mentor direct reports in the technical team to ensure optimal performance and up-to-date technical expertise

- technical management of assigned suppliers and their associated products
- position: Technical Manager
- as a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company's products are manufactured to the highest standards, meeting or surpassing all internal and external specifications
- work closely with commercial and supply chain functions to deliver business objectives
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- experience within thermal processing sector of food industry
- excellent working knowledge of level 3 HACCP
- lead auditor training
- strong leadership abilities and track record of developing, motivating and guiding teams
- meticulous attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- basic Food Safety
- experience in a senior technical position within the food industry and have demonstrable knowledge of food safety
- senior Technical: 5 years
