Requirements
- hold a postgraduate degree or degree and significant experience in the development sector
- proven understanding of development theory, policy and practice
- experience of managing a high-performing team
- experience of working in a cross-cultural context in a developing country
- proven experience of influencing numerous stakeholders at multiple levels
- proven success at portfolio management
- experience of developing and implementing strategy
