Responsibility
- develop partnerships with local food suppliers to source fresh, tasty and affordable ingredients while managing the inventory
- always adhere to the highest standards of food preparation, handling, storage and serving, by keeping a clean and healthy workplace
- with the Manager, conceive exciting and innovative meals which demonstrate a wide range of strong culinary skills while matching the music on offer: the variety of our music genres performed will also be reflected in the diversity and richness of the flavours served
Requirements
- experience with a similar position, very organised and resilient
- creative and innovative with meals/menu planning
- excellent inter-personal skills, with both colleagues and customers
- passionate about the joy food can provide and excited about our project allowing anyone to access that joy, supportive of our vision and social impact
- collaborative: working with the manager efficiently and also sharing the kitchen with other guest chefs, once a week
