Responsibility
- you will need to have exceptional negotiation skills, a proactive attitude, ambition and enthusiasm
- selling Watson Fuelcard services in line with company values to generate new and repeat business
- negotiating cost with customers independently or under the direction of the Sales Manager where necessary
- maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
- ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that accounts are profitable
- the ability to build strong relationships with customers along with excellent communication skills is essential, ensuring that a friendly, helpful, honest and efficient service is maintained in line with Watson Fuels values
- ensure KPI’s are achieved
- work collaboratively with colleagues throughout the WFL UK Ltd business
Requirements
- sales/Account Management experience
- full UK driving license
- strong computer skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- be experienced in building relationships to secure repeat business
- have the ability to work using your own initiative
- have the ability to build professional relationships with a wide range of customers
