Responsibility
you will need to have exceptional negotiation skills, a proactive attitude, ambition and enthusiasm
selling Watson Fuelcard services in line with company values to generate new and repeat business
negotiating cost with customers independently or under the direction of the Sales Manager where necessary
maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that accounts are profitable
the ability to build strong relationships with customers along with excellent communication skills is essential, ensuring that a friendly, helpful, honest and efficient service is maintained in line with Watson Fuels values
ensure KPI’s are achieved
work collaboratively with colleagues throughout the WFL UK Ltd business
Requirements
sales/Account Management experience
full UK driving license
strong computer skills
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work effectively within a team and independently
be experienced in building relationships to secure repeat business
have the ability to work using your own initiative
have the ability to build professional relationships with a wide range of customers
