- established for over 25 years, we are now looking to expand our professional customer service and support team to ensure we can continue to provide the highest levels of service to our expanding customer base
- on commencement of installation close liaison then with site managers to monitor installation progress, monitor and report damages/shortages and agree action plans for remedy
Requirements
- good communication skills both written and verbal
- confident mathematical skills and experience of creating and working with spreadsheets
- successful and stable track record providing high level sales and customer/account management support
- comfortable and happy working in a fast-paced environment and at times under pressure to achieve deadlines
- high levels of attention to detail, ability to consistently produce the highest levels of accurate furniture specifications, quotations and orders
- quick to learn and enthusiastic to learn new software systems, and company procedures and disciplines
- team player, willing to take on activities at all levels in support of the customer services team and other company activities
- whilst experience in this type of role/environment is preferred, we may consider a more junior person with enthusiasm, drive and potential
