Responsibility
- serve as the liaison between the sales team and suppliers to coordinate equipment orders and delivery

- generate quotes and orders, ensuring timely progress updates for all parties involved
- work with the internal sales manager to streamline processes and workflows for continuous improvement
- provide day-to-day support to the internal sales manager and assist with quotation organisation
- coordinate machine allocation for trade shows and customer centre trials
- manage sales representatives' expectations and maintain consistent information sharing
- generate weekly reports on machine orders and monitor progress until delivery
Requirements
- experience in an Internal Sales Role
- familiarity with working from price books
- experience in the food industry
- experience in sales or working with sales teams
- curiosity about manufacturing processes
- strong organisational and analytical skills
- proactive communicator with clear communication abilities
- effective multitasking skills
