Responsibility
- this is an varied and proactive role which will encompass many aspects of warehouse and retail operations
- mon thru Fri 8-5pm / Flexible on hours/ days in busy periods
- we are looking for a General Manager, reporting to the Managing Director who will run all warehouse operations and provide the highest level of customer service to our E.comm customers and Wholesale partners
- are you passionate about Retail, have high standards and excellent attention to detail?
- manage all stock levels to ensure no shortfalls and ensure required orders for stock are placed in time
- book in Wholesale orders onto the relevant supplier platform
- maintain accurate training, development and personnel records for all staff and conduct supervisions/appraisals
- check all deliveries for accuracy and raise any discrepancies
Requirements
- knowledge of Shopify
- previous Retail sales experience
- team Management
- retail and or Warehouse: 3 years
