Responsibility

  • plan the project design, delivery, and financial strategy in conjunction with studio leadership and monitor performance against that plan
  • manage client, team and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP & consultants throughout the project
  • review project correspondence, meeting notes and other data to keep fully informed on the project
  • actively collaborates at a project, consultant team, and client team level by critically and constructively evaluating ideas
  • contributes to and actively participates within the studio and office
  • coordinate with the studio management on the status of current and future resource requirements
  • provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challenges
  • support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, building and permitting officials to coordinate the work and create innovative, efficient project design and delivery
