  • responsible for developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures which reflect current employment law practice
  • 2.3 Ensure the Charity continually self-assesses against those standards and develops and implements robust action plans for any shortcomings

  • 3.1 Assist in the education of managers and staff on HR and administration processes contained within this role
